Description
Rustic land, in the Municipality of S. Brás de Alportel, more specifically in Chibeira, with 3,148 sqm, is within the limit of the Urban Perimeter and in a structuring Urban Space, that is to say and in accordance with the Request for Prior Information, existing and still valid, can be used for housing construction.
In addition to the approval of the aforementioned Request, it may also allow the construction of an urban subdivision intended for housing, commerce, services and equipment, construction, reconstruction. Alteration and expansion of buildings intended for housing, commerce, services and equipment in existing plots or resulting from prominence. It also admits the installation of rural tourism or residential tourism units regulated by specific legislation.
The construction of the land requires compliance with some rules, in terms of density (from 20 to 40 dwellings), utilization rate, maximum height of two floors, infrastructure connected to public networks and parking.
The land is two kilometers from the center of S. Brás, ten from Loulé and twenty from Faro, where the airport is also located.
We are twenty kilometers from the coast and from the best known golf courses such as Vila Sol, Vilamoura, Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and Pinheiros Altos. The new 18-hole Quinta da Ombria golf course is just ten kilometers away.

It is limited to the north and east by the municipality of Tavira, to the southeast by Olhão, to the south by Faro and to the west by Loulé.
