Those who purchase the apartment are entitled to access to all the services available at the Hotel, such as restaurant and bar, outdoor and indoor pool, jacuzzi, minigolf, tennis, multipurpose court, health club, gym, games room, live music, shows, hairdresser, shops, 24-hour reception, parking and Tesla charging station.

The property is close to all services, such as: pharmacies, banks, finance, post office, supermarkets, restaurants and shops.

There is currently a contract for the hotel to operate the tourist area until 30 October 2025. After this date, no further contract will be drawn up for the hotel.

Property tax: €122.33 (annual)
Condominium fee: €42.00 (monthly)

Option 1:

Sign a management contract with the condominium and receive the income from the studio apartment of €2,625/year, including water, electricity and maintenance. The owner receives a 20% discount in restaurants, bars and events and 15 days of free accommodation in an apartment during the low season and subject to availability. The condominium fee and reserve fund total €42/month.

Option 2:

Temporary management: If you only want to use the apartment temporarily, the hotel will pay 40% of the amount invoiced during the temporary period. You will also have to install, or ask the hotel to install for €500, electricity, hot and cold water meters, only paying for consumption. You will pay €42/month in condominium fees and reserve fund. You will also receive a 20% discount in bars, restaurants and events organized by the hotel. Water, electricity and maintenance of the apartment during the rental period are not paid.

3rd Option:

Those who do not wish to hand over the property for full or temporary use. Those who wish not to hand over the property at all will have to install or ask the hotel to do so for €500, the electricity, hot and cold water meters, only paying for consumption. There is a €100/month fee for not handing over the property for use and €42/month for condominium fees and reserve funds. They will also have a 20% discount on bars, restaurants and events organised by the hotel.
