The Apartamentos Turisticos Riverside of 4 stars develop in a building on River, parish in Lagoa. The apartments have an exclusive location by the river Arade, within walking distance of the traditional fishing village of Ferragudo, as well as the city of Portimão, and only 45 minutes from Faro airport. carefully decorated Units, with several green space in the middle and around the building, in order to create a calm and relaxing environment. In order to make better use of the space, as well as the enjoyment of the landscape, the construction is performed in time, distributed by a total of 3 floors, with generous glazed areas in order to capture natural light. This project is the result of a careful effort in the use of energy resources efficiency, taking so the best of sun exposure by installing solar panels (installed on the rooftop), which allow the water heating throughout the year, thus reducing the costs of electricity, as well as natural lighting through the generous glazed areas surrounding the apartments. The socket system with card that is installed in the apartments is also a measure to avoid waste in electricity consumption. The efficiency of water resources was also taken into consideration by planting plants that do not have great need for watering, this being taken also the only during the night period in order to avoid waste by evaporation.
