Land with 21,400 sqm located in the Alcantarilha area.


The land is flat, with a slight slope, has a ruin with 175 sqm of area and is at the highest point of the land. Much of the land is made up of bush and some trees, with the potential to build a house up to 300 sqm.

As for economic activity, the economic characterization of Alcantarilha is currently based essentially on the commercial and agricultural sector, namely in citrus, dried fruit and other crops, where citrus plantation, table vines and temporary crops stand out. wheat, corn, among other crops.
