Rustic land in Vale da Ursa, Guia, Albufeira, Algarve
Rustic land located in an area classified by the MDP of Albufeira as a national agricultural reserve. This land has a total area of 15,430sqm. Its main feature is to be completely flat. It has a rectangular configuration in 'éle' can be accessed, to the south by tarmac road. In addition, the composition of the soil is mainly made of sands.
Sands have already been removed from this land for different activities. The land has only a few
trees on the edge of the extreme and some shrubs with no commercial value. The terrain is flat with a small dimension below road level. The water and light supply is a few hundred meters away. However on this ground it is not possible to build anything rigorously.
The area has some scattered houses and also some older farms. The land is very arid with little vegetation. The most frequent trees are almond and alfarrobeira with a fig tree here and there. They are areas with very little movement of vehicles since the accesses or roads, although tarmac stun are very narrow and the vast majority have no exit.
The distance to Guia, parish area is about 3.5 km away. Algarve Shopping is just under 3.5 km away. The county seat, Albufeira is 5.5 km away and the Health Center is five kilometres away. The nearest beach will be Praia da Galé with just over five kilometers. To get to the airport you can have to do about forty kilometers.
