Plot of rustic land with a total area of 2 220sqm, located near the village of Salir about 700 meters and 14km from the city of Loulé.
With a view of the countryside, the land has a moderate slope and has good sunlight, water and electricity from the network are available. The access to the land is tarred and has typical vegetation in the Algarve region.
Salir has an estimated population of around 5,000 inhabitants and is an agricultural-based parish, while boasting an inestimable historical, natural and scenic heritage. It produces almonds, carob, olives, cork and wheat.
With regard to irrigation, it also occupies a prominent place since part of the parish is located in the extension of the so-called 'Barros Velhos' de Silves, excellent for horticulture.
Salir, located 13 kms from the county seat, Loulé, has good accessibility. From Vila de Salir to the beautiful beaches of the Algarve coast or to Faro International Airport, they are about 25 kms away, and are served by the EN 124 (Silves-Mértola), with good connection to the neighboring counties of São Brás de Alportel, Silves north, Almodôvar (Alentejo).
It is certainly one of the most important parishes. It is located in Beira Serra and makes the transition between Barrocal and Serra Algarvia, and also establishes the connection between Alentejo and Algarve.
