3. - Possibility C: Construction of 6 or 7 townhouses (3 bedrooms and 4 bedrooms in the corners), with basement/ground floor for garage/storage, + 2 floors and swimming pool/solarium on the roof. (requires CI 0.5).

4. - Immediate possibility: Construction of 2 townhouses (semi-detached) with 4/6 bedrooms, with basement + 2 floors of housing on the slope and swimming pool / solarium on the roof or on the patio, with implantation of 2 x (25 x 7). (CI less than 0.3).
