Ruin with approved project in the Gateiras area of Tunes, Silves

Mixed land already with an approved project for a villa with swimming pool, garden and garage located in an area of the interior of the Algarve.

The beaches of the municipalities of Silves and Albufeira are about sixteen kilometers away, and a distance of twelve and a half kilometers to the Lusíadas Hospital.

Connections to the IC1 and A22 are made in five minutes. The airport is just over thirty minutes away.
