Rustic land located very close to the village of Guia in the municipality of Albufeira.
This plot has a total area of 7640sqm with a maximum construction area of 3820sqm on 3 floors + 1 basement, still without a project.
The main feature of the plot is that it has a slight slope.
It is practically rectangular in shape. There was an area of the land bordering the EN125 that was given over to an overpass. Access is from the Portimão / Faro direction.
There is currently no fence and it is bounded to the east and south by the road and to the north and west by a water line and the EN125. The Albufeira City Council is considering a PIP for construction, as the land is part of an urban expansion zone (ZEU) under the Municipal Master Plan.
Naturally, preference will be given to a housing project involving townhouses or flats, in keeping with the existing buildings in the vicinity. This type of construction could be much appreciated by the local population due to the lack of new housing. Construction in Guia has come and gone and no new developments or buildings have been started for some time.
This location has been favoured by many people who choose to settle and buy a house in this locality, which has many jobs in the surrounding area, and ends up being very close to their place of work. The distance to Algarve Shopping is one kilometre, and the same for Guia town centre. The beaches are around seven kilometres away.
