Plot of land with a total area of 6,560 sqm located next to the entrance to Quarteira and Vilamoura (BP Petrol station roundabout).
The land already had an approved project for a Car Wash Center, in which the project established a gross construction area of 450 sqm, implantation area of 278 sqm and 2,593 cubic meters of maximum construction volume. This project consisted of buildings organized on 2 floors.
It is anticipated that with the amendment of the P. D. M. the land will be integrated into the urban area of the city of Quarteira, and it is expected that the construction area will increase considerably.
Regarding the location, this land is 5 km from the road axis of the A22 exit, near Loulé, as well as 20 minutes from Faro International Airport, close to the beaches and the largest urban and tourist centers in the Algarve. In the surrounding area you can find the Aquashow theme park and several restaurants as well as two large shopping areas.
Quarteira is a very sought after location, especially in the bathing season as its extensive beach and unique climate are one of the most sought after. In terms of gastronomy, as this is a seaside location, it has the best delicacies in terms of seafood and fish. Another feature that the parish of Quarteira offers its visitors is the Marina of Vilamoura, one of the ex-libris of the Algarve region, of unquestionable importance for the Algarve and the country. Golf, in terms of sports and tourism, represents, for this parish, for the Municipality of Loulé and for the entire Algarve region, an extraordinary economic contribution and, most especially, a strong contribution to reducing seasonality during the so-called low season.
