Description

Plot of land located in Odiáxere, Lagos.
Land with a total area of 6670sqm of which 1887sqm are urban, where you can build a single family home.
Odiáxere has an area of 31.25 ksqm. With regard to its toponym, there are several interpretative hypotheses among theorists, since throughout history, the toponym has undergone some modifications. The most remote designation seems to be Odiáxere, which sometimes coexists with the designation of Diáxere and already in the 17th-18th century with the designation of Nossa Senhora da Conceição de Odiáxere. According to some linguists, the correct form should be Odiáxere, a designation that it currently retains. The origin of the toponym reveals the Arab presence in the Iberian Peninsula and a reference to water, as "odi" means river.
Lagos is located on the coast of the Algarve, which is why it is a city known for the beauty of its Golden Coast, beaches with crystal clear water that bathe the famous Caves of Ponta de Piedade and for its Historical side very connected to the Age of Discoveries, where it is possible to visit the great figures of that time at the Discoveries Wax Museum in Lagos.
It is the ideal place for those who enjoy playing sports such as tennis or golf. Water sports are also very popular here, activities such as water skiing, sailing, windsurfing, underwater fishing and diving.
