Old house, in ruins, to be restored, with a project to recreate two houses, in the center of Loulé, within the historic and urban rehabilitation area.
Currently it is just an urban building, intended for housing, consisting of 7 compartments and a backyard, with a total area of 101sqm.
The construction authorization provides for the construction of a house with two bedrooms and another with a bedroom on a mezzanine.
The first, will be a ground floor with two bedrooms, will have a kitchen open to the living room, two bathrooms. The second will also have the kitchen open to the living room and two bathrooms.
