Description

It is in the middle of nature, but close to everything, we find a magnificent paradise in the middle of the Algarve Barrocal. The interior lighting is done with recessed and adjustable lights.
It also has a set of 8 solar panels for heating water and the interior areas of the villa, duly connected to an air heat pump, to cool the system. Outside, there are several corners with charming details, three of which have direct access to the interior of the villa and a large salt pool, surrounded by landscaped area and with an excellent stone barbecue, made by hand.
They have water from a borehole, with anti-malaria treatment, 1 well, already without water, serving only for outdoor decoration, 1 cistern for water storage and also mains water.
There are also 12 solar panels for the production of electricity for self-consumption.
Nearby, although far from the house, there is a huge natural lake with waterfall and a glass and wood shelter for leisure and resting area.
In the area further away, there are still 12 or 13 cork oaks in full production of cork and a magnificent avocado orchard with adequate irrigation and made recently, consisting of 400 fruit trees that are currently in the beginning of production and that will be an annual income for the owner
